Anxiety. I cannot control it or stop it. It has taken over my life.

Jesus spoke to the people once more and said, “I am the light of the world. If you follow me, you won’t have to walk in darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life.”
John 8:12

Into the light

When you live in the shadow of your uncertainties and insecurities, fear holds tight.

Jesus offers for you to step out of that darkness.
Jesus is the light that overcomes the darkness.
He is the Truth that gives light to the world and life to everyone who trusts in him.
He doesn’t pretend that we won’t have struggles, but he promises to come alongside us, shouldering our anxieties and giving us rest.

Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.”
Matthew 11:28-30

Find peace
